What sets your coaching apart from other coaches?

I can relate to many of the challenges coachees have. Whether it be making a career decision, having difficult discussions, leading and managing people, facing up to conflict, etc. My experience in managing, leading, and coaching teams stems from over 20 years of experience; it is more than a theoretical background.

How do I get started with Coaching?

Getting started with coaching is easy. Simply reach out to me via the “Contact Me” or “Book Me” button. By doing so, we will establish, in a 30-minute discovery session, what your needs are and if I am the right coach for you. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to success.

What is your approach?

The first step is establishing a connection, which is done through a 30-minute discovery session that is free. This helps both you and me assess the need and determine if I am the right coach for you. Once completed, we can establish a coaching plan.

How long is a coaching plan or session?

Generally, a coaching session is scheduled for up to one hour. Engagements typically last three to six months.

What is your focus on Organisational Development?

I provide services that aim to enhance capability building and high performance, enabling teams to deal with objectives, expectations, conflict, and outcomes better. This is done in alignment with establishing the baselines of where your teams or organization stand in the “as-is” state, to developing the future state, and providing the framework and roadmaps to get there.

What is your approach to Change and Transformation?

This is very dependent on the type of change your company is undergoing. It could range from implementing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), running an in-depth process and systems review for operational performance improvements, to implementing a seamless change program for your company.

What is your background in Change Management?

I have a Doctorate and a Masters in Strategy, Organisational Change and Business Management, including 20+ years of experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
