I can relate to many of the challenges coaches have. Whether it be making a career decision, having difficult discussions, leading and managing people, facing up to conflict, etc. My experience in managing, leading, and coaching teams stems from over 20 years of experience; it is more than a theoretical background.
Getting started with coaching is easy. Simply reach out to me via the “Contact Me” or “Book Me” button. By doing so, we will establish, in a 30-minute discovery session, what your needs are and if I am the right coach for you. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to success.
The first step is establishing a connection, which is done through a 30-minute discovery session that is free. This helps both you and me assess the need and determine if I am the right coach for you. Once completed, we can establish a coaching plan.
Generally, a coaching session is scheduled for up to one hour. Engagements typically last three to six months.
